This Blog was created to encourage voters to educate themselves on the United States financial issues so that they can prepare themselves to vote for candidates that will move us in the right direction. It is my hope that we can engage in civil discourse. One of the problems with our political system is everyone is shouting and very few people are listening. We the voters must first educate ourselves and then require the politicians to keep an open mind and educate themselves. We need to do away with the name calling, throw out the old and unproven talking points and work together to solve our nation’s long term deficit problems.

If enough people indicate they like the voters pledge than it will only be a matter of time before the politicians’ sign the politicians pledge and we can move the country forward by working together.
